Why now? The compliance landscape is changing.
Victoria RSA reform
Victoria is adding mandatory family violence risk content to RSA training for all alcohol-serving workers. Safe Spaces gives your Victorian clubs a head start.
NSW RSA and harassment reform
NSW has mandated sexual harassment and violence prevention training for hospitality staff and liquor licence holders, built into RSA updates. Safe Spaces helps your team build the awareness these changes are aimed at.
Positive duty
Since December 2022, Australian employers have a positive duty under the Sex Discrimination Act to take reasonable and proportionate steps to eliminate workplace sexual harassment. DFV training is a demonstrable step toward compliance.
Proactive training today means your club is not reacting to incidents or regulatory pressure tomorrow.
